Where does my customer data live?

On EU-only AWS servers in Frankfurt. We never train our models on your conversations or your customers' data. You can export everything any time and delete everything in one click. GDPR-compliant by design.

How predictable is the bill at the end of the month?

Very. You pay the base plan, plus a flat fee for every confirmed booking the AI lands for you. No-shows are free. Go past your monthly chat or voice pool and overage is €0.20 per extra chat or €0.40 per extra minute. That's the whole bill. Never surprise line items.
