Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using Solwees.ai ("Service"), you ("Client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is provided by Solwees ("Company", "we"), a company registered in Estonia.
Service Description
Solwees.ai provides an AI-powered automation tool for restaurants and salons that handles booking management, customer communication via WhatsApp, and deposit collection via third-party integrations (e.g., Stripe, SevenRooms, Altegio).
AI Usage & Limitations
AI Limitations:
You acknowledge that the Service uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLM). While we strive for accuracy, AI may occasionally produce incorrect or misleading information ("hallucinations") or misunderstand user intent.
Human Oversight:
You agree that Solwees is not liable for errors in bookings made by the AI. It is your responsibility to monitor the dashboard and verify complex reservations or special requests.
WhatsApp Policy
Consent:
You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents from your end-customers (guests) to contact them via WhatsApp regarding their appointments.
Compliance:
You agree not to use the Service to send spam or prohibited content in violation of WhatsApp Business Policies.
Payments & Deposits
Subscription Fees:
Access to Solwees.ai is subject to the subscription fees selected at registration.
Transaction Processing:
We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) for collecting deposits from your guests. Solwees does not store credit card details and is not a bank. We are not responsible for failed transactions or refunds between you and your guests.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
The accuracy of your business settings (business hours, service menu, prices) provided to the AI.
Ensuring your use of the Service complies with local laws and regulations.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solwees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or reputation, arising from the use or inability to use the Service (e.g., missed bookings or AI errors).
Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the Service and WhatsApp automation will cease immediately.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tallinn, Estonia.
