დაკავშირების შემდეგ ასისტენტი კითხულობს თანამშრომლებს, სერვისებს ფასისა და ხანგრძლივობის ყველა ვარიანტით და თავისუფალ დროს, ერთ ან რამდენიმე სერვისს კი ერთ ვიზიტად ჯავშნის. ის კლიენტს ტელეფონის ნომრით პოულობს და ხედავს მის წარსულ და მომავალ ჯავშნებსა და ფასდაკლებას.
ვიზიტის გადატანისას Booksy კლიენტს თავად აცნობებს, გაუქმებისას კი SMS-ს უგზავნის. პირდაპირ Booksy-ში გაკეთებული ჯავშნები Solwees-მდე არ აღწევს, ამიტომ მათზე Solwees-ის შეხსენებები არ იგზავნება. დეპოზიტები Stripe-ით მიიღება, გადახდის ბმული კი ჯავშანში ჩაიწერება.
