Define when Solwees handles conversations on its own and when it pauses for the team.

Working hours control when each AI agent is active. Configure them at app.solwees.ai/ai-assistant/agents. The default agent runs 24/7. Most operators leave it that way to capture after-hours bookings.
Per-day setup: pick your timezone, then for each weekday toggle the day on, set start/end times (e.g. 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM), and add additional slots if you have a midday break. Days you toggle off are treated as fully closed for that agent.
Outside working hours, Solwees still receives messages and calls. It just sends a polite 'we're closed, here's when we open' reply (or routes to the next available agent if you run multiple). Bookings can still be confirmed if your settings allow it.
Conversation auto-close: at the bottom of the schedule page, set how long an inactive chat stays open before being archived. Defaults are 20 minutes for non-WhatsApp channels and 240 minutes for WhatsApp (where customer expectations are slower). Closed conversations are not deleted; they're just moved out of the live inbox.
