Dos formas de conectar su número y lo que supone cada una para su equipo.
Abra Configuración > Canales > WhatsApp y pulse «Conectar WhatsApp». Hay dos formas, en dos pestañas.
«Conexión OAuth» traslada su número a WhatsApp Business Platform. A partir de ese momento el número funciona a través de Solwees y deja de funcionar en la app WhatsApp Business.
«Coexistencia» mantiene el número en su app WhatsApp Business. El asistente responde, se aparta cuando su personal contesta desde la app, y se pueden importar hasta 180 días de historial.
Los mensajes que inicia la empresa tras 24 horas sin conversación, como los recordatorios y las difusiones, necesitan plantillas aprobadas por Meta. Solwees las crea en su cuenta de WhatsApp Business a partir de sus textos de Marketing.
