From app.solwees.ai go to Settings > Users > Invite User. Fill in first name, last name, email, role and (optionally) phone, then set a temporary password. Email invites are not yet automated. You share the login credentials manually with the new teammate after creating the account.
Roles available: Owner (full access including billing and team), Admin (full operational access, no billing), Standard User (handles conversations, sees bookings and customer history, no settings or team access).
There is no per-user surcharge on Solo, Studio, Network or Enterprise plans. Invite as many teammates as you need. The Hub plan includes 3 users by default with a small per-user fee for additional seats (see /pricing).
Two-factor authentication (2FA) can be required by Owner. We recommend turning it on for everyone with Admin role or above. Each user enables 2FA from their own profile.
