Workspaces and locations

Each workspace in Solwees represents one physical location: one restaurant, one salon branch, one clinic. The agent, knowledge base, integrations, working hours and team membership are scoped to that workspace.

If you operate a chain (3 restaurants, 5 salon branches), each location is its own workspace. Your account email can belong to multiple workspaces. Switch between them from the workspace selector in the top bar.

Why one location per workspace: every venue has its own menu/services, hours, team, deposit policy and customer history. Mixing them in one workspace would confuse the AI and produce wrong answers. Separate workspaces keep each location's brain clean.

Pricing for chains: each workspace bills as a separate plan. Network plan is built for multi-location operators. Talk to sales for chain pricing if you have 3+ workspaces. Enterprise customers get unified billing across all workspaces under one master agreement.
