Open the Solwees mobile app > Profile > Notifications. The master switch at the top (All notifications) silences everything except incoming calls when off. Leave it on for normal operation.
Per-event toggles you'll find: Missed calls, Voicemail, Call summary ready (Owner only), Call recording ready (Owner only), New conversation (unassigned), New message in my chats, Mentions (bypasses quiet hours), Customer waiting, Reassigned to me, AI handed off to me. Bookings section adds: New booking, Confirmed/Cancelled by customer, Upcoming reminder, No-show. Account section: New device login, Credits low (Owner only), Workspace invite accepted.
Quiet hours: enable from the bottom of the same screen to mute non-urgent notifications during a daily window (e.g. 11pm–7am). Mentions and incoming calls bypass quiet hours by design. Anything truly urgent still rings.
If notifications stop arriving entirely: check that your phone OS hasn't disabled background notifications for Solwees (Android: Settings > Apps > Solwees > Notifications > Allow all), that battery optimization is off for the app, and that you're signed in on only one device. Pushes go to the most recently active session.
