Take prepayments in chat to cut no-shows and lock in high-value bookings.

Solwees uses Stripe to collect prepayments and deposits directly inside the WhatsApp or web conversation. We connect via Composio OAuth. No API keys to copy and paste. From app.solwees.ai go to AI Assistant > App Directory > Stripe > Connect, then authorize on Stripe's site. Takes under a minute.
Once connected, open the Stripe card again and switch to the Settings tab. Toggle Require prepayment on, then choose when prepayment kicks in: Always, by service category, by party size, or only for new clients. The condition you pick is what Solwees checks before asking for payment.
High cancellation rate rule: if your CRM (e.g. Booksy) tracks per-client cancellation history, Solwees can require prepayment only for clients whose cancellation rate is at or above a threshold you set. Useful for filtering risky bookings without bothering loyal regulars.
Prepayment amount: choose Percent (e.g. 30% of service price) or Fixed (e.g. €25 per seat). Percent uses the price from your CRM; Fixed amounts are charged in EUR by default. Change the currency on the Settings tab if you operate elsewhere.
Refund and cancellation handling is built in. If a client cancels inside your refund window (you set the rules), Solwees triggers the refund automatically via Stripe and updates the booking status.
