What to check when a Solwees booking didn't sync to your booking system.

Bookings normally sync to your CRM within 1–3 seconds for API-based integrations (SevenRooms, Google Calendar) and within 5–30 seconds for direct-access integrations (OpenTable, CoverManager, Booksy, Fresha).
If a booking didn't sync, check in this order: 1. Solwees dashboard > Bookings > confirm the booking exists with status 'Created'. 2. Settings > Integrations > confirm the integration shows 'Connected' (not 'Reconnect needed'). 3. Settings > Integrations > click Test Connection. Should return 'Connection healthy' within 5 seconds.
If integration shows 'Reconnect needed': click Reconnect, re-authorize via OAuth (or re-enter credentials for direct-access integrations). The pending booking will retry automatically within 60 seconds.
If the test connection fails: your CRM may be down or rate-limiting us. Check the vendor's status page (e.g. status.opentable.com) for outages. If the issue persists more than 30 minutes, email support@solwees.ai with the booking ID and we'll investigate.
