Everything is read live from Altegio, with a cache of up to ten minutes, so a new service or a changed schedule reaches the assistant by itself.

How to connect Altegio

Solwees is in the Altegio Marketplace. Connecting takes a couple of minutes and needs no keys.

Install from the Marketplace
In Altegio, open the Marketplace, find Solwees and install it for your salon.

Confirm your email
Altegio sends you to Solwees. Use the email from Altegio or another one. A workspace for each salon is created by itself.

Check the settings
In the Altegio card in Solwees, set booking colours, cancellations and what goes to a manager, then send a test message.

Good to know

Messages about bookings made in Altegio (confirmations, changes, cancellations) need the booking events that the Marketplace install subscribes to. A connection set up by hand, outside the Marketplace, doesn’t get them.
Solwees books into Altegio but does not post payments to Altegio finances. Deposits are collected through Stripe by payment link and noted in the booking comment.
The assistant doesn’t book against a membership. Services sold only within memberships are not offered for booking.
A client’s own gift certificates are not read yet. The certificates the salon sells are.
If the Altegio user Solwees works under has no access to clients, every client is treated as new: no history, memberships or cashback.
Changes to services and prices reach the assistant within minutes, not instantly.
Cancelling by colour marks the booking as a no-show in Altegio, which counts in Altegio’s no-show statistics.
One booking system per assistant. A second one can only be checked for busy time.
Reminders, booking messages and rating requests come with the Marketing module.

Is Solwees an official Altegio partner?

Yes. Solwees is in the Altegio Marketplace and is installed from it.

Do I need to copy services and prices into Solwees?

No. The assistant reads services, prices, durations, masters and free time from Altegio. The knowledge base is only for questions Altegio doesn’t answer, such as parking or how to prepare for a procedure.

Will bookings made by my administrators reach Solwees?

Yes, with the Marketplace connection. Solwees receives every booking event and, with the Marketing module, can send the client a confirmation, a «was X, now Y» message after a change and a message when a booking is cancelled.

Can the assistant book several services or several masters?

Yes. It finds one time for several services, books them back to back with different masters, books four-hands services in parallel and Altegio combo services part by part.

How do deposits work?

With Stripe connected: if a service has prepayment set to required in Altegio, the assistant sends a payment link, notes the result in the booking comment and can cancel a booking that stays unpaid. You can also switch Altegio prepayments off in Solwees.
