How to connect Treatwell
You connect Treatwell yourself, with the login session of your Treatwell Connect account.

Log in to Treatwell Connect
Open Treatwell Connect in your browser and log in as usual.

Paste the session and venue
In the Treatwell card in Solwees, paste the session cookies and your venue ID. The card explains where to find them.

Book a test visit
Ask the assistant for a visit and check that it appears in Treatwell.
Questions
Can I connect Treatwell myself?
Yes, in the App Directory, with the login session of your Treatwell Connect account and your venue ID.
Why does it ask for the session again?
Treatwell’s login has a check that only a person can pass, so when the session expires you paste it again.
Can it book several services?
Yes, back to back in one visit, with a note on the booking.
Does it know returning clients?
Yes: their history, notes, birthday and whether they are blocked, from the Treatwell card.
Can it take deposits?
With Stripe connected, yes, and the payment link and the amount are written in the booking comment.
Can Treatwell be my second calendar?
Yes. If your main system is Fresha or another, the assistant avoids times already taken in Treatwell.
