The assistant sends your menu as a PDF, in the guest’s language if you uploaded one, and your location on the map. On calls they go to WhatsApp.

With Stripe connected and a prepayment rule set, a payment link for the deposit goes to the guest’s phone after the booking.
How to connect Mozrest
Mozrest connects with an API token. The venue is picked by itself if you have one.

Get the token
Get a Booking Channel API token from Mozrest.

Paste it in Solwees
Open the Mozrest card in the App Directory and paste the token. Add the venue ID if you have several venues.

Book a test table
Ask the assistant for a table and check that it appears in your reservation platform.

What is Mozrest?

Does the guest get a confirmation?
If the guest gives an email, your platform sends its usual confirmation to it.
Can guests change or cancel by chat?
Yes. The date, time and party size can be changed, and the reservation cancelled with a reason.
What if the time they want is taken?
The assistant offers the nearest free times right away.
Does it work on the phone?
Yes. The same checks and bookings work on calls.
Is there a waiting list?
Not through Mozrest: its API doesn’t support one.
