On Solwees the booking intent, availability check, deposit collection and CRM write are preconfigured for booking businesses. Connect Fresha or SevenRooms and the agent starts taking real bookings in the same hour.
Synthflow leaves chat channels as integrations you build. Solwees runs WhatsApp Business and Instagram DM as native channels with the same persona, knowledge base and hand-off logic as the phone.
