How Solwees keeps bookings in sync with Google Calendar and your existing booking system.

Solwees works with two kinds of calendars: a generic Google Calendar (good for solo operators or simple workflows) and a vertical booking system (Booksy, Fresha, Altegio, OpenTable, SevenRooms, CoverManager, Mozrest). Most operators connect both.
Google Calendar is the simplest. From app.solwees.ai go to AI Assistant > App Directory > Google Calendar > Connect, authorize via OAuth, choose which calendars to sync. Bookings created by Solwees appear in your calendar instantly. Manual events you create in Google Calendar are respected. Solwees won't book over them.

Two-way sync means: bookings Solwees creates land in your calendar/CRM, and changes you make there (manual reschedule, cancellation, blocked time) flow back to Solwees so the AI never double-books.
