How to handle a data deletion request from one of your customers.

When one of your customers requests deletion of their personal data, you have two options.
Option 1 (recommended for most cases): handle the request yourself from your Solwees dashboard. Search for the customer by name, phone or email, open their profile, click Delete > Confirm. Their conversation history, voice recordings and personal data are wiped within 30 minutes. Booking records are retained for legal accounting purposes (anonymized).
Option 2: forward the request to privacy@solwees.ai. We process it within 30 days (typically within 24 hours during business days). We send a deletion certificate to the requester confirming completion.
What gets deleted: name, phone, email, conversation transcripts, voice recordings, IP address, booking notes containing personal info. What stays (anonymized): booking metadata for accounting (date, amount, anonymous customer ID), aggregated analytics.
If your account is closed, all personal data is wiped within 30 days automatically. We send a deletion certificate to your account email.
