Enterprise: pricing and rollout for multi-location chains

The Enterprise tier is priced per venue, not per Solwees workspace. The starting rate for groups of 20+ venues is around €400 per venue per month. Smaller groups (3-20 venues) are quoted case-by-case. Pricing covers: unlimited active clients per venue, custom voice minutes, dedicated account manager, an SLA, custom integrations, and SOC 2 / ISO 27001 audit bridge letters available.

Rollout pattern. Week 1: discovery call, scope confirmation, NDA signed. Weeks 2-3: one flagship venue piloted live, real bookings, deposit policy tuning. Week 4: configuration is cloned across the remaining venues with per-venue overrides for menu, hours and host phone numbers. Weeks 5-8: scale rollout with QBR cadence established. The typical time from contract to last-venue-live for a 20-venue chain is 30-40 days.

What stays shared across the group: brand voice and tone, the AI agent's escalation rules, the dashboard rollup reporting, billing as one master contract. What stays per-venue: menu PDFs, opening hours, group policy, deposit thresholds, host phone numbers and escalation routes, local manager assignments. Role-based access (ops director, marketing, finance, venue manager) is configurable.

Reporting at the group level: a single dashboard rolls up bookings, no-shows, deposits collected, channel mix, language mix and peak hours across every venue. Drill down by location, by channel, by time window. Audit trail on every config change.
