First steps after sign-up

Sign up at solwees.ai/start-trial. We require a card during sign-up but nothing is charged during the 14-day free trial. After 14 days, the subscription does not activate automatically. You pick a paid plan or we disconnect cleanly.

Onboarding is self-serve and uses a 'magic link'. On first launch you paste your website URL, your Instagram profile URL or upload a PDF with your price list and business description. The AI automatically extracts everything it needs about your business: services, prices, working hours, specifics, FAQ. Anything missing from those sources you fill in manually in the admin panel.

Connect your CRM (Booksy, Fresha, Altegio, SevenRooms, OpenTable, CoverManager) in one click from the App Directory, then connect your phone line and WhatsApp Business. Most operators are live within a few hours. Full setup takes less than a day.

Once you're live, every conversation is visible in app.solwees.ai and in the mobile app (iOS and Android). If you want help during setup, the founders are reachable via in-app chat or email. No scheduled call required.
