Sign up at solwees.ai/start-trial. We require a card during sign-up but nothing is charged during the 14-day free trial. After 14 days, the subscription does not activate automatically. You pick a paid plan or we disconnect cleanly.
Within 24 hours of sign-up, a founder reaches out to schedule a 30-minute live onboarding call. On that call we connect your phone line, your booking system and your menu or service list. We do live test calls together so you hear Solwees working before we hang up.
After the call, Solwees is live. You can monitor every conversation from app.solwees.ai or the Android app. Most customers see their first AI-handled booking within an hour of going live.
Things to prepare before the onboarding call: admin access to your booking system, your menu or service list as a PDF or CRM export, your business hours and any special policies (deposit thresholds, group rules, allergens).
