How Solwees handles personal data under EU privacy law.

Solwees is GDPR-compliant by design. We're an Estonian-registered entity (SMYADGT OÜ, Tallinn) hosting all customer and end-user data in EU data centers (AWS Frankfurt eu-central-1). Data does not leave the EU.
Privacy by design and by default (Article 25): we only collect what's needed for the booking function, with strict access controls and audit logs.
Subprocessor list: AWS (hosting), Stripe (payments), Twilio (telephony), Meta (WhatsApp Business API), OpenAI and Anthropic (language models). All have signed DPAs with us. Full list at solwees.ai/legal/subprocessors.

End-user rights: your customers can request access, rectification, erasure or portability of their data via privacy@solwees.ai. Processed within 30 days (most within 24 hours).
