How Solwees handles personal data under EU privacy law.

Solwees is GDPR ready by design. We're an Estonian-registered entity (SMYADGT OÜ, Tallinn) hosting customer and end-user data in EU data centers (AWS Frankfurt eu-central-1).
Privacy by design and by default (Article 25): we only collect what's needed for the booking function, with strict access controls and audit logs.
Detailed processing terms, including third-party data processors, transfer safeguards and signed DPAs, live in our Data Processing Addendum at solwees.ai/data-processing-addendum.
DPA available on request, signed within 24 hours by our team. Contact privacy@solwees.ai or legal@solwees.ai.
End-user rights: your customers can request access, rectification, erasure or portability of their data via privacy@solwees.ai. Processed within 30 days (most within 24 hours).
