Magic Link onboarding: live in an hour

Magic Link is how Solwees gets configured for your business without an engineer or a long setup form. On first launch in the admin panel, you give the AI one of three sources: your website URL, your Instagram profile URL, or a PDF of your menu or service list. The AI scans the source and pulls out everything it needs.

What gets extracted automatically: services with prices and durations; opening hours and time zone; address, parking, dress code; allergens, dietary options, kids menu; cancellation and deposit policy; group size rules and private dining; common FAQs and host responses; brand voice and tone cues. Most businesses extract a 90%-complete knowledge base in under 5 minutes.

Anything missing or incorrect, you fix manually in the admin panel during a 30-minute onboarding call. The most common gaps: special services that aren't on the public site, off-menu items, internal policies your team knows but never documented. Solwees has a guided checklist to surface these.

Once Magic Link finishes, the agent is ready to take calls. Single venues go live the same day. Multi-location chains follow a piloted rollout (see enterprise-multi-location). To re-run Magic Link later (when the menu changes, hours shift, you launch a new service): admin panel > Knowledge Base > Re-scan source.
