Our Data Processing Addendum at solwees.ai/data-processing-addendum is the canonical document covering everything GDPR Article 28 expects controllers to know: subject-matter and duration of processing, categories of personal data, sub-processor approvals, transfer safeguards and breach notification timelines.
Hosting and primary storage: Amazon Web Services (eu-central-1, Frankfurt) for compute, storage and database. AWS is contracted with a Standard Contractual Clauses-based DPA. Encryption: AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit.
Communication channels: telephony, WhatsApp Business API and payments are delivered through specialised providers, each contracted under signed DPAs and operating under their published security postures. The current list and their data-handling terms are in the DPA.
Language understanding: customer conversations are processed by language-model providers to deliver the natural-language layer. None of these providers are permitted to use customer conversation data to train their models. Zero-training is enforced contractually.
