From app.solwees.ai go to Settings > Users > Invite User. Fill in first name, last name, email and (optionally) phone, then set a temporary password. Email invites are not yet automated. You share the login credentials manually with the new teammate after creating the account.
All staff members get the same access in the mobile app: every incoming call, every WhatsApp / Instagram / web chat, customer history. Anyone on the team can take over from the AI and reply to clients. There is no per-master partition in the inbox; the whole team works from one shared view.
There is no per-user surcharge on Solo, Studio, Network or Enterprise plans. Invite as many teammates as you need. The Hub plan includes 3 users by default with a small per-user fee for additional seats (see /pricing).
Two-factor authentication (2FA) can be enabled per user. We recommend turning it on for everyone with access to billing or settings on the web admin. Each user enables 2FA from their own profile.
