How Solwees counts your monthly active client usage for billing.

An active client is anyone who, in a calendar month, had a real interaction with Solwees. Specifically: - Sent you a message on WhatsApp, Instagram or web chat - Answered a call Solwees picked up (connected for 10+ seconds) - Returned a missed call that Solwees handled - Tapped Confirm/Reschedule/Cancel on a booking link, or replied yes/no to a reminder
What does NOT count: outbound reminders without a reply, silence-based auto-confirmations, clients who just sit in your CRM without contacting you.
One person across multiple channels = one active. We link identities by phone number, email, Instagram handle and web visitor ID.
If you exceed 110% of your plan limit, Solwees keeps working and we email you about an upgrade. Past 110%, new clients get a fallback message and you get a one-click upgrade prompt. Existing active clients keep getting full service.
