Voice Packs explained

Voice Packs are recurring monthly add-ons that stack on top of any plan that includes voice (Studio, Network, Enterprise). Hub and Solo plans don't include voice, so packs don't apply there.

Three packs (EUR pricing, local currencies on /pricing): - MINI: 100 min/mo for €39/mo (€0.39/min) - STANDARD: 500 min/mo for €149/mo (€0.30/min) - XL: 1000 min/mo for €249/mo (€0.25/min) Larger packs have a lower per-minute rate.

Voice Packs are recurring (monthly subscription), not one-time. They refresh every month. You can resize or cancel anytime, no minimum term.

Sizing tip: most restaurants doing 30–50 covers/night need ~250–400 voice min/mo. Studio (100 included) + Standard Pack (500) is the sweet spot at €398/mo. For higher-volume operators, Network (300 included) + Standard or XL pack works better.
