Connect Altegio

Altegio is one of three signed partnerships Solwees has (alongside Mozrest and SevenRooms). The integration is built on the official Altegio API, listed in their marketplace, and supported jointly. Two-way sync is real-time: bookings Solwees creates appear in Altegio instantly; bookings or schedule changes you make in Altegio flow back to Solwees within seconds.

Setup: in the Solwees admin panel go to AI Assistant > App Directory > Altegio > Connect. Sign in with your Altegio owner credentials. Grant the requested permissions (read services, read schedule, write bookings). Pick which Altegio company / branch maps to which Solwees workspace. Connect.

What Solwees can do once connected: check real-time availability before quoting a slot; book the correct staff member for the right service duration (no 30-minute slots booked against a 3-hour balayage); apply your deposit policy automatically; respect manual blocks and stylist time off that you set in Altegio; reflect cancellations and reschedules from either side.

If a service or stylist is missing from Solwees suggestions, check that it's published and bookable in Altegio (Services > Visible to clients = on). Hidden services don't sync by design.
