Booksy setup

Booksy doesn't yet expose a public API to third-party tools. We connect via direct access using your existing Booksy login, with credentials encrypted in our EU vault. The integration is the most heavily used in our customer base. Marbella salons run on Booksy almost exclusively.

Setup takes about 5 minutes during onboarding. From the Solwees dashboard, go to AI Assistant > App Directory > Booksy > Connect, then enter your Booksy email and password. We immediately encrypt the credentials and never store them in plain text. You can rotate or revoke them anytime from your Booksy account.

What works: two-way booking sync (real-time, a few seconds latency); read of your service catalog (services, durations, prices); read of staff schedules (per-stylist availability); read of client profiles (visit history, preferences); reschedule and cancel from chat. Deposits are collected via our Stripe integration, not Booksy Pay.

Multi-location Booksy accounts are supported. Each Solwees workspace maps to one Booksy location. See the Workspaces and locations article for how chains are structured.
