How Solwees plugs into Fresha for booking, deposits, and customer history.

Solwees connects to Fresha via the public API. The integration is live in production and used by beauty salons across the EU. Two-way sync handles bookings, schedule changes, customer profiles and deposit status. Fresha remains the system of record for the calendar and customer file.
Setup: admin panel > AI Assistant > App Directory > Fresha > Connect. You'll be redirected to Fresha to sign in and grant API access. Select which Fresha business / location maps to your Solwees workspace. Solwees pulls in your services, prices, durations and active stylists on connect. Re-sync is automatic on schedule changes.
Deposit flow: Solwees can take a Stripe deposit during the booking conversation (see stripe-deposits) and pass the payment status back to Fresha as a booking note or custom field, depending on what your Fresha plan supports. The slot is held until the customer pays; if the payment expires, the slot reopens.
Multi-location: each Fresha location is connected separately. Bookings can't cross locations automatically — if a caller wants a stylist who works in two locations, Solwees offers slots from both and lets the caller pick. Contact support@solwees.ai for chain rollout playbooks.
