Reaching seven reservation systems via the Mozrest bridge

Mozrest acts as a reservation hub for the restaurant industry. Solwees has a signed partnership with Mozrest, and through their network we can deliver confirmed bookings into seven additional reservation systems that we don't yet integrate with directly: Zenchef, Access Collins, Tableo, Superb, Resmio, resOS, Eat App and Foodics.

Practical implications. If your restaurant uses one of those systems, you don't need to wait for Solwees to ship a direct integration. The flow goes: Solwees agent confirms the booking → sends it to Mozrest → Mozrest writes it into your reservation system. The end-customer sees the same instant confirmation. The host sees the booking in their normal reservation screen.

Setup: admin panel > AI Assistant > App Directory > Mozrest > Connect. Sign in with your Mozrest credentials and pick which of the downstream reservation systems you use. If you don't yet have a Mozrest account, our team can introduce you to theirs — the partnership cuts onboarding time for both sides.

Latency vs direct integrations: the Mozrest bridge adds 1-3 seconds end-to-end vs a direct API call. For most restaurants this is invisible. If sub-second confirmation is mission-critical (e.g. luxury hotel concierge flows), ask support@solwees.ai whether a direct integration is on the roadmap for your specific system.
