If your booking system, POS or payment processor isn't on the list, Solwees can usually ship a connector in 1-5 business days.

Solwees covers the engineering cost of building a new connector when your platform exposes a public API. Most public APIs go from kickoff to a working connector in 1 to 5 business days. The full list of what's already live is at /product/integrations; what's planned is published on the roadmap there too.
How to request: email support@solwees.ai with three things — the name of your platform, the link to their public API documentation, and your account credentials (or whoever in your team owns the integration relationship). If documentation is gated, ask for an introduction to your customer success contact at the platform.
Timeline by complexity: simple read-write integrations (calendar systems, basic CRMs) ship in 1-2 business days. Reservation systems with availability checks, room/stylist mapping, and deposit hooks take 3-5 business days. Closed APIs that require platform-side cooperation are case-by-case — we'll quote you a timeline after the initial discovery call.
What we won't do: build a screen-scraper or browser-automation hack for a platform that doesn't expose an API. The integration would be fragile and the platform could break it without notice. If your platform is truly closed, we'll discuss workflow alternatives (e.g., shared Google Calendar as a sync layer) instead.
Email our team or open a chat. We respond within a business hour for paying customers, within 4 business hours during free trial.
