SevenRooms is one of the few restaurant systems with a public API, which means the lowest latency, the most reliable data flow and the deepest feature support of any restaurant integration we offer.
What we need to set up: API key from your SevenRooms admin (Settings > Integrations > API Keys, generate a new key with Read/Write permissions on Reservations and Guests), and your venue ID (visible in the SevenRooms dashboard URL).
Once connected, Solwees can: create, modify and cancel reservations in real time; read guest profiles (preferences, allergies, visit history, VIP flag); access table and floor plan data; manage waitlist; collect deposits via Stripe links and record them back to SevenRooms.
Pricing tier: SevenRooms integration is included on Studio plan and above at no extra cost.
