WhatsApp Business API is the version of WhatsApp built for businesses to send and receive messages programmatically. To use it, your business must be verified by Meta. Solwees is a Meta Tech Partner, which means we walk you through verification end to end.
From app.solwees.ai go to Settings > Channels > WhatsApp and click Connect. You'll be redirected to Meta's onboarding flow inside a popup. Sign in with the Facebook account that owns (or will own) your Business Manager.
In the Meta flow you'll: select or create a Business Manager, select or create a WhatsApp Business Account, choose your phone number (a new one we provision OR your existing landline/mobile via SMS or voice verification), and set your business display name. Most operators finish the flow in 10–15 minutes.
Business verification (the deeper Meta check) usually takes 1–3 business days. Solwees can send and receive messages immediately on a temporary tier; once Meta verifies, you unlock higher messaging volume and the green checkmark on your profile.
Common gotcha: the phone number you connect to WhatsApp Business cannot be in use on the regular WhatsApp app at the same time. If your team's been using a personal number for client chat, plan a switch window during the onboarding call.
