WhatsApp Business API requires pre-approved message templates for any business-initiated message (confirmations, reminders, marketing). Solwees provides a library of templates pre-approved by Meta in your name.
Standard templates included: booking confirmation (sent immediately after a booking is created), 24h reminder, 2h reminder, deposit request (sent during conversation when needed), reactivation message (sent to clients who haven't visited in X days).
Custom templates: you can submit custom templates via the dashboard. Meta typically approves within 24 hours. Some restrictions apply (no spammy language, no excessive marketing tone).
Customer-initiated messages (when the customer messages you first) don't need templates. Solwees responds freely in conversation for the next 24 hours, after which a template is required again.
