Připojení Instagramu, Telegramu a dalších kanálů

Kde se který kanál připojuje a co o něm vědět.
Instagram: Settings > Channels > Instagram. Připojte „Instagram directly“ nebo „Via Facebook“ a zvolte, zda asistent odpovídá na reakce na stories a na komentáře. Instagram dovoluje asistentovi odpovědět do 24 hodin od poslední zprávy klienta a vašemu týmu do 7 dní.
Telegram: Settings > Channels > Telegram. „Platform bot“ připojí váš vlastní účet Telegram přes Telegram Business. „Your own bot“ používá bota, kterého vytvoříte v @BotFather: vložte jeho token; i on funguje přes Telegram Business. Obě možnosti vyžadují Telegram Premium.
Facebook Messenger: přihlaste se přes Meta a vyberte svou stránku.
Chat na webu: Settings > Channels > Messenger. Nastavte logo, barvu a název a potom zkopírujte instalační kód na svůj web.
Telefon (v plánu Solo s balíčkem minut hovorů, od plánu Studio v ceně): Settings > Channels > Phone. Kupte číslo (některé země vyžadují doklady), přesměrujte hovory ze svého současného čísla a udělejte zkušební hovor.
Viber propojí vaše vlastní číslo přes QR kód: ve Viberu otevřete More > Desktop and Tablets > Link a device. Jen textové zprávy. Viber stojí 25 € měsíčně.
