Co asistent dělá s obrázky a dokumenty a co může poslat zpět.
Když klient pošle fotku, samolepku nebo GIF, asistent pochopí, co na nich je, a odpoví v souvislostech: design nehtů, snímek obrazovky s rezervací, obrázek produktu.
Čte i dokumenty: soubory PDF, TXT a CSV, které klient pošle.
Asistent může posílat fotky z Knowledge Base > Images, například produkt, na který se klient ptal, nebo ukázku vaší práce.
Viber přenáší jen text a při hovorech obrázky k dispozici nejsou. Katalog obrázků (Images) je k dispozici od plánu Solo.
