How to cancel anytime, what happens to your data, and our refund policy.

From app.solwees.ai go to Settings > Billing > Payment details and click Cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access until then. No phone calls or retention scripts; one click and it's done.
After cancellation: your workspace stays read-only for 30 days so you can export bookings, customers and conversation history. After 30 days, the workspace and all personal data are wiped. We email a deletion certificate to your account address.
Refunds: prorated refunds for unused time on quarterly, semi-annual and annual plans are available within the first 30 days of a billing cycle. Monthly subscriptions are not refunded for the current month, but you won't be charged for the next one. Voice Packs follow the same rule as the underlying plan.
Full policy lives in the Master Service Agreement at solwees.ai/legal/master-service-agreement and is also available as part of your DPA. Edge cases (Enterprise contracts, multi-workspace billing, mid-cycle plan changes) are handled by emailing billing@solwees.ai.
