Install the mobile app

The Solwees mobile app gives you the full unified inbox, live calls, calendar and customer profiles in your pocket. It's where you take over conversations from the AI when you choose to.

Android: open Google Play and search 'Solwees', or go directly to play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ai.solwees.app. Install, open, and sign in with the same email and password you use on app.solwees.ai. That's it. No extra setup.

iOS: launch in App Store is in progress. We'll email everyone on the trial list when it's live. In the meantime, Solwees runs perfectly in Safari on iPhone. Add it to your home screen for an app-like experience.

Permissions to allow on first launch: notifications (so missed calls, AI handoffs and customer waiting alerts reach you), microphone (only used when you take over a live voice call). The app does not request location, contacts or photos.
