بطاقة العميل، والسجل من نظام الحجز، وكيف تُدمج جهات الاتصال.
يستخدم المساعد بطاقة العميل: الاسم، والحقول التي تحتفظ بها فيها، ولغة آخر محادثة.
وفي الصالونات يرى أيضاً حجوزات العميل في نظام الحجز خلال آخر 180 يوماً، ويقترح الخدمة والمختص اللذين يختارهما عادةً. ويتخطى المختصين الذين لم يعودوا يعملون لديك.
العميل الذي يكتب من عدة قنوات يُدمج تلقائياً عبر رقم الهاتف. وتُدمج جهات اتصال Instagram وTelegram بمجرد معرفة رقم الهاتف، وإلا فاستخدم «Merge contact» في الدردشة.
يعرض «Visit history» في البطاقة الزيارات ومتوسط الإنفاق المستوردين من نظام الحجز. وتُستخدم مجموعات مثل العملاء الدائمين أو الأعلى إنفاقاً في قسم Marketing لرسائل استعادة العملاء.
