Co asystent robi z obrazami i dokumentami i co może odesłać.
Gdy klient wysyła zdjęcie, naklejkę lub GIF, asystent rozumie, co na nim jest, i odpowiada w kontekście: wzór paznokci, zrzut ekranu rezerwacji, zdjęcie produktu.
Czyta też dokumenty: pliki PDF, TXT i CSV przesłane przez klienta.
Asystent może odsyłać zdjęcia z Knowledge Base > Images, na przykład produktu, o który pytał klient, albo przykład Państwa pracy.
Viber przesyła tylko tekst, a obrazy nie są dostępne podczas połączeń. Katalog zdjęć (Images) jest dostępny od planu Solo.
