ما يفعله المساعد بالصور والمستندات، وما يستطيع إرساله في المقابل.
حين يرسل العميل صورة أو ملصقاً أو صورة GIF، يفهم المساعد محتواها ويرد في سياقها: تصميم أظافر، أو لقطة شاشة لحجز، أو صورة منتج.
والمستندات تُقرأ أيضاً: ملفات PDF وTXT وCSV التي يرسلها العميل.
يستطيع المساعد أن يرسل صوراً من Knowledge Base > Images، مثل المنتج الذي سأل عنه العميل أو نموذج من أعمالك.
ينقل Viber النصوص فقط، والصور غير متاحة أثناء المكالمات. وكتالوج الصور متاح ابتداءً من خطة Solo.
