اربط Altegio

ثبّت Solwees من Altegio Marketplace أو اربطه يدوياً، واضبط طريقة ظهور الحجوزات.
الطريقة الأبسط: افتح Marketplace في Altegio، وابحث عن Solwees وثبّته. ينقلك Altegio إلى Solwees: اختر «Use email from Altegio» أو «Use a different email» واضغط «Continue». تُنشأ مساحة عمل لكل صالون، وتُفعَّل أحداث الحجز.
ويمكنك أيضاً الربط يدوياً من AI Assistant > App Directory > Altegio > «Connection» برمز الشريك (partner token) ومعرّف الصالون. لكن في هذه الطريقة لا تصل أحداث الحجز من Altegio إلى Solwees، فلا تُرسل الرسائل الخاصة بالحجوزات التي يسجّلها موظفوك.
بعد الربط يظهر تبويب «Settings» («CRM Settings»): ألوان الحجوزات للعملاء الجدد ولحجوزات اليوم نفسه ولفئات الخدمات، وطريقة التعامل مع الإلغاء (الحذف أو الإبقاء بلون مميز)، والخدمات والمختصون الذين تُحال حجوزاتهم إلى مدير، والوقت الإضافي لعملاء «+++»، وتفعيل الدفع المسبق في Altegio أو إيقافه.
تأكد من أن Altegio مربوط بمساعدك، فالحجز يتم عبر المساعد. والخدمات المغلقة أمام الحجز الإلكتروني في Altegio لا يحجزها المساعد، لكنه يستطيع الإجابة عنها.
