التكامل مع Booksy

يتولى فريقنا ربط Booksy دون أن تحتاج إلى مفتاح API. إليك ما نحتاجه وما يفعله المساعد هناك.
افتح AI Assistant > App Directory > Booksy وراسل support@solwees.ai، أو أخبرنا خلال مكالمة الإعداد. تظهر في البطاقة عبارة «Need this integration?» لأن Booksy لا يمكن ربطه ذاتياً.
نحتاج إلى صلاحية وصول موظف إلى صالونك في Booksy، لا إلى مفتاح API. ونضبط أيضاً بلدك.
بعد الربط، يقرأ المساعد الموظفين، والخدمات بكل خيارات السعر والمدة، والأوقات المتاحة، ويحجز خدمة واحدة أو عدة خدمات في موعد واحد. ويجد العميل برقم هاتفه، ويرى حجوزاته السابقة والقادمة والخصم الخاص به.
يُبلغ Booksy العميل بتغيير الموعد، ويرسل رسالة نصية عند الإلغاء. أما الحجوزات التي تُسجَّل في Booksy مباشرة فلا تصل إلى Solwees، ولذلك لا تُرسل لها تذكيرات Solwees. ويمر العربون عبر Stripe، ويُدوَّن رابط الدفع في الحجز.
