Integrację z Booksy podłącza nasz zespół, bez klucza API z Państwa strony. Oto czego potrzebujemy i co asystent tam robi.
Proszę otworzyć AI Assistant > App Directory > Booksy i napisać na support@solwees.ai albo powiedzieć nam o tym podczas rozmowy wdrożeniowej. Karta pokazuje „Need this integration?”, ponieważ Booksy nie da się podłączyć samodzielnie.
Potrzebujemy dostępu pracownika do Państwa salonu w Booksy, a nie klucza API. Ustawiamy też Państwa kraj.
Po podłączeniu asystent odczytuje pracowników, usługi ze wszystkimi wariantami ceny i czasu trwania oraz wolne terminy, a jedną lub kilka usług rezerwuje jako jedną wizytę. Znajduje klienta po numerze telefonu i widzi jego wcześniejsze i nadchodzące rezerwacje oraz rabat.
Booksy informuje klienta o przełożeniu wizyty, a przy anulowaniu wysyła SMS. Rezerwacje zrobione bezpośrednio w Booksy nie trafiają do Solwees, więc nie dostają przypomnień z Solwees. Zaliczki obsługuje Stripe, a link do płatności jest zapisywany w rezerwacji.
