Rezerwacje w Państwa platformie rezerwacji stolików przez Mozrest.
Mozrest łączy kanały rezerwacji z platformami rezerwacji stolików w restauracjach. W AI Assistant > App Directory > Mozrest > „Connection” proszę wkleić token API Mozrest. ID lokalu jest opcjonalne: przy jednym lokalu zostanie znalezione automatycznie.
Asystent sprawdza dostępność według strefy i liczby gości, rezerwuje w dwóch krokach (stolik zostaje wstępnie zablokowany, a potem potwierdzony) i przekazuje język gościa, dzięki czemu e-maile z Państwa platformy wychodzą w tym języku.
Zmiana wymaga podania zarówno nowej godziny, jak i liczby gości. Lista oczekujących nie jest obsługiwana przez API Mozrest i nie da się przez nie wybrać stolika.
Zaliczki obsługuje Stripe.
