اربط Instagram وTelegram وقنواتك الأخرى

أين تُربط كل قناة، وما يجب أن تعرفه عنها.
Instagram: من Settings > Channels > Instagram. اربطه عبر «Instagram directly» أو «Via Facebook»، واختر ما إذا كان المساعد يرد على الردود على القصص وعلى التعليقات. يسمح Instagram للمساعد بالرد خلال 24 ساعة من آخر رسالة للعميل، ولفريقك خلال 7 أيام.
Telegram: من Settings > Channels > Telegram. يربط «Platform bot» حسابك الشخصي في Telegram عبر Telegram Business. ويستخدم «Your own bot» بوتاً تنشئه في @BotFather: الصق رمزه (token)، وهو يعمل أيضاً عبر Telegram Business. وكلا الخيارين يتطلب Telegram Premium.
Facebook Messenger: سجّل الدخول عبر Meta واختر صفحتك.
دردشة الموقع: من Settings > Channels > Messenger. اضبط الشعار واللون والاسم، ثم انسخ رمز التثبيت إلى موقعك.
الهاتف (في Solo مع باقة دقائق مكالمات، ومشمول ابتداءً من Studio): من Settings > Channels > Phone. اشترِ رقماً (تطلب بعض الدول مستندات)، وحوّل المكالمات من رقمك الحالي، وأجرِ مكالمة تجريبية.
يرتبط Viber برقمك الخاص عبر رمز QR: في Viber افتح More > Desktop and Tablets > Link a device. الرسائل النصية فقط. واشتراك Viber بسعر €25 شهرياً.
