التكامل مع Fresha

يتولى فريقنا ربط Fresha دون أن تحتاج إلى مفتاح API. إليك ما يفعله المساعد هناك.
راسل support@solwees.ai أو أخبرنا خلال مكالمة الإعداد، وسيربط فريقنا Fresha. ونضبط أيضاً منطقتك الزمنية وعملتك.
يقرأ المساعد الخدمات، مع كل مستوى سعر كخيار مستقل، والمختصين وأيام عملهم وأوقاتهم المتاحة، ويحجز خدمة واحدة أو عدة خدمات متتالية مع المختص الذي يختاره العميل.
يُبلغ Fresha العميل عند الإلغاء. أما تغيير الموعد فلا يُرسل عنه إشعار افتراضياً، فيؤكد المساعد الوقت الجديد في الدردشة. ولا يشارك Fresha بطاقة العميل، لذا لا تتوفر للمساعد أعداد الزيارات ولا قيمة الإنفاق.
يمر العربون عبر Stripe، لكن رابط الدفع لا يُكتب في حجز Fresha. وإن كنت تستخدم Treatwell أيضاً، فأضفه تقويماً ثانياً حتى لا يحجز المساعد فوق حجوزات Treatwell.
