Connect Bitrix24

Install the Solwees app on your Bitrix24 portal, open it from the portal menu and choose «Create Solwees account». The portal is linked to your workspace by itself. This works for cloud and boxed Bitrix24.

In Solwees, open AI Assistant > App Directory > Bitrix24 > «Open Lines». Bind an Open Line and choose what the line creates: a deal or a lead. Every conversation from WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, Viber and email appears in that Open Line, one chat per client. Managers reply from Bitrix24, and the assistant pauses.

Map the stages: «AI handled the request», «Handoff to a manager», «Tour program / proposal sent», «Deal won» and «Rejected / not realized», plus optional call triggers. In «AI is silent on stages», pick the stages where the assistant doesn't answer.

Lead and deal cards get a Solwees section with the client's chat, deals get a reactivation button, and your automations get the Solwees robot that sends a message to the client. These texts inside Bitrix24 are in Russian. A boxed Bitrix24 needs an active subscription to send events to apps.
