Ask the assistant for a doctor and check that the appointment appears in Doctra.

Questions
Which languages does it answer in?
In the patient’s language: Georgian, Russian, English and others.
Can it choose a doctor by language?
Yes. Doctra stores the languages each doctor speaks, and the assistant uses them.
Does it book diagnostics?
Yes. For services without a named doctor, it finds who performs them when Doctra lists them, and otherwise asks which specialist the patient needs.
Can patients move or cancel by chat?
Yes. If the new time can’t be taken, the assistant puts the original appointment back and tells the patient.
Does it collect personal documents?
No ID number or date of birth is needed or sent: the appointment is made with the phone number.
Does it work on the phone?
Yes. The same checks and bookings work on calls.
