Open the Cal.com card
In the App Directory, open Cal.com and the «Connection» tab, enter your country code and press «Connect». Solwees shows a webhook address and a secret.

Add the webhook in Cal.com
In Cal.com, add a webhook with that address and secret and tick the booking events.

Choose what happens
Turn tasks on or off, pick when to remind, and decide whether Solwees sends its own reminders and review requests.

What does Solwees do with a Cal.com meeting?
It saves the meeting, creates or updates the contact by phone and gives the owner a task with a reminder. The assistant then knows about the meeting in the chat.
Can the assistant book in Cal.com?
No. The client books on your Cal.com page. Solwees receives the meeting and follows it up.
Does it work with a self-hosted Cal.com?
Yes. Enter your Cal.com address in the card, and the reschedule and cancel links will use it.
Will clients get two reminders?
Only if you want. Solwees’s own reminders and review requests are off by default.
How do I know it works?
The Cal.com card shows how many events Solwees has received.
Calendly or Cal.com?
Both work. With Calendly, the assistant with the «Sales» role can also send one-time booking links. Cal.com sends meetings only.
