Use a Google Sheet or Doc as a source

Open Knowledge Base > Sources and press «Add» in «Knowledge sources». In «Connect a Google Sheet», enter a name, the «Google Sheet or Google Doc URL» and, if needed, «Instructions for the AI (optional)».

Share the file with Solwees as a viewer. If access is missing, the error shows the address to share it with.

Sheets are read tab by tab. Hidden tabs, archive tabs and tabs whose name holds a promotion period that has ended are skipped. Say in the instructions which promotion price to quote. Docs are split into articles by their headings. Synced articles can't be edited in the Knowledge Base: change the file instead.

After changing the file, press «Sync now». Automatic sync is switched off for now. The Knowledge Base is available from the Solo plan.
