Was der Assistent mit Bildern und Dokumenten macht und was er zurückschicken kann.
Schickt ein Kunde ein Foto, einen Sticker oder ein GIF, versteht der Assistent, was darauf zu sehen ist, und antwortet passend dazu: ein Nageldesign, ein Screenshot einer Buchung, das Bild eines Produkts.
Auch Dokumente werden gelesen: PDF-, TXT- und CSV-Dateien, die ein Kunde schickt.
Der Assistent kann Fotos aus Knowledge Base > Images zurückschicken, zum Beispiel das Produkt, nach dem der Kunde gefragt hat, oder ein Beispiel Ihrer Arbeit.
Viber überträgt nur Text, und während Anrufen sind Bilder nicht verfügbar. Den Bildkatalog gibt es ab dem Tarif Solo.
